Resepi Mee Goreng Basah
Bahan-bahan:
- 200 gram mee kuning basah
- 50 gram udang
- 50 gram daging ayam yang dicincang
- 1 helai daun kari
- 2 sudu besar sos cili
- 2 batang cili hijau yang dipotong
- 1 biji telur
- 3 ulas bawang putih yang dihiris halus
- 2 ulas bawang merah yang dihiris halus
- 1 sudu besar sos tiram
- 1 sudu teh garam
- 2 sudu besar minyak masak
Cara-cara:
- Didihkan air dan rebus mee selama 5 minit.
- Sapukan sedikit minyak ke atas mee yang sudah dimasak.
- Panaskan minyak dalam kuali dan tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga naik aroma.
- Seterusnya letakkan daging ayam yang dicincang dan udang ke dalam kuali dan masak selama 3-4 minit atau sehingga udang dan daging ayam masak sepenuhnya.
- Kacau campurkan telur ke dalam kuali dan masak sehingga telur masak sepenuhnya.
- Tambahkan sos cili, sos tiram dan garam ke dalam kuali dan kacau rata sehingga semua bahan sebati.
- Terakhir, masukkan mee yang sudah dimasak ke dalam kuali dan masak dengan api sederhana selama 1-2 minit.
- Siap! Hidangkan mee goreng basah yang sedap ni dengan rasa yang memang padu.

Ingredients:
- 1 packet of yellow noodles
- 1 can of sardines in tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup of sliced cabbage
- 1/2 cup of sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup of sliced long beans
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 shallots
- 1 inch of ginger, sliced
- 1 tablespoon of chili paste
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried shrimp paste
- 3 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
- Salt and sugar to taste
Instructions:
- Boil the yellow noodles until they're cooked to your liking. Drain and set aside.
- In a blender, blend together the garlic, shallots, and ginger until they're smooth.
- In a wok, heat up the cooking oil and fry the blended mixture until fragrant.
- Add the chili paste, tomato paste, and shrimp paste to the wok. Continue to cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
- Add the sliced cabbage, carrots, and long beans to the wok. Stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked through.
- Add the water and bring it to a boil.
- Add the sardines in tomato sauce to the wok. Stir well and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Add salt and sugar to taste.
- Add the boiled yellow noodles and bean sprouts to the wok. Toss everything together until the noodles are coated in the sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
